A Home on the Web

Your Own Place
You probably have many sites, maybe even a site or two that you can customize to some degree, but you may not have your own a domain. It makes a HUGE difference. You tell people to look at the pictures or listen to the song you just posted and they end up at some mispelling or misordering of word and slash which is nowhere or worse. Sites at the big domains have unwieldy names that won't exactly fit on a business card nor are they easy to remember when told at a noisy train station or party. You will never get it out before the elevator doors close for Mr. Big. By contrast, take a look at this website address. Short and simple, isn't it? That is what you need to promote your business, your self, your cause! But you tried to do www.mrfixit.com and it was taken and your name, too. They were ALL gone. Anything good, catchy and short was taken and by what? Directories? Not to be viewed by minors? Not to be viewed by anyone with a soul? But there is a whole other universe of domains where you can find a home and it is very reasonable. Not only that, but you can build a downline of domain owners like yourself and earn enough in residuals to make your domain or domains free, maybe even make a decent income with this business.

How Do I Get This Real Estate

To get your own patch of internet, go to GDI and sign up for your very own Web DOMAIN.

What is the bottom line?
Ten bucks a month get you an internet domain with hosting, ten e-mail addresses and many extras. This is a great deal by itself and, because it is, the business opportunity of selling domain packages is also a great deal.

Stable Structure or Collapsing Pyramid?
Face it. Most MLM are thinly disguised pyramid (Ponzi) schemes. With those programs, you will have to continually invest large sums of money in something you are not sure you want, need or can afford and will only make money when you can get many people to make a similar investment and keep on investing. Even with the best of products, you will saturate the market. More and more of you will be pursuing fewer and fewer prospects. This saturation will happen with GDI, too.

What happens at saturation?
The difference comes with saturation. With the Ponzi MLM schemes, the product is not worth the continued expense. Without signups, the people at the bottom are losing money fast and are very unhappy. They drop out in droves, causing the people at the next level up to lose enough downline to have to pay more for the questionable product, so many of these cut their losses as well. The collapse moves up the pyramid until the founders call it off, having made a ton of money off the people further down the pyramid.

The Key is the Product
With GDI and other legitimate MLM businesses, the product or service is worth the repeated expense. For ten dollars a month, you not only get a domain, but a variety of free, professional hosting options with the further choice of having your domain hosted elsewhere if you prefer. The result is that under market saturation, your downline stays put, paying their $10 a month because they are happy with the product. Their own downline is gravy and the only thing that separates the customer from the profitable business owner is the question of "how much gravy". There will be gradations, everything from pure customer through subsidized customer, pin money, special expense money and salary replacement to millionare and beyond. However much ambition may exceed gradation, there is no incentive to leave the program, because we are only talking gravy here. It would be like leaving a well-paying job with great benefits and six weeks of vacation because your bonus, which was an extra perk for you, was smaller this year.

As a consequence of everybody staying, the pyramid is stable, providual monthly residual income to everyone with a downline and a profit to everyone with more than ten people within five levels down from them. The final task for establishing a profitable home business, retention, is done for you. It is the first part that we need to work on, the part that convinces wary and many-times-burned business candidates for your downline to give this a try.

Which is Why You are Here
Though I will certainly stay and pay my $10/month for my web domain, I do have ambitions of making this a going concern. For this, I will need your help because, quite frankly, I can only do so much in direct sales, as witness my other web business New Net Mail, a wonderful product at which I have yet to make a decent income. My hope is that I have convinced you that GDI and New Net Mail are unique in that they can be sold as subscription products to people who have no intention of selling it and that you will have more success than me in doing so, as well as selling to others like you and me that want to try to make a business out of this. So....

Will You Help Me?

Thanks,
Carl

PS: Besides the products I promote, I have also tried to sell the products I create.  You will find my songs and books elsewhere on this site at very reasonable prices.
